La Via della Seta Saten
Chardonnay 90% and Pinot Bianco 10%
Graceful, sophisticated perlage, with a supremely elegant, bright, shining gold colour and subtle, lighter transparent effects shifting towards straw-yellow.
On the nose, fresh, delicate yet distinctive floral sensations of wild, country blooms, predominantly white and yellow, which are a prelude to the firm, compact apricot and nectarine notes, complemented with a pleasing hint of nettles. This Satèn wine is deliciously subtle and discreet on the palate, yet with impressive character, featuring hints of fruit that strike an exquisite balance between acidity and a hint of sugar. Classy, with no frills; well-orchestrated and pleasingly consistent.
